Order Processing
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Timelines
We currently ship pan-India via our courier partners. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days
- Remote / North-East locations: 7–9 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹59.
Payment Options
We currently accept prepaid orders only (Cash on Delivery is not available at this time).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS so you can follow your package in real time.
